New Pixel 6 bug; Magic Eraser closes the Photos app
If you are one of the owners of the Pixel 6 series phones and you haven’t faced any particular problem so far, you are definitely lucky, because since the release of these products in the market, various bugs have been seen in them. Now a new problem has been seen in these flagship phones, which causes the photos application to stop working.
According to PhoneArena, after taking a photo and tapping the magic eraser button, the Photos app will crash and the user will return to the home screen. A user named James Fortier said on Reddit:
I think this is a new bug. I have the exact same problem right now and I tried every solution to fix it, but it didn’t work.
Of course, there is also a possibility that the problem is caused by the recent update of the Photos application.
Another user named Dragoncuali said:
Good to see I’m not the only one having this problem.
- Google stopped selling Pixel 4a
- Google Drive is wrongly restricting users’ files
No action can be taken to fix this problem. If you have encountered this bug, the best thing to do is to wait for the release of an update from Google. Rebooting the phone, clearing cache and app memory are often good ideas, but have no effect on this bug.
