The camera has received a major update. The Redmi Note 11S uses the same ISOCELL HM2 Pro models with a 108-megapixel sensor, and it’s a big leap over the 64-megapixel sensor of the 10S. The regular Note 11 also uses a 50-megapixel sensor for imaging. Also, both devices have a 118-degree ultrawide lens with an 8-megapixel sensor, a 2-megapixel macro camera, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. Meanwhile, 13 and 16 megapixel selfie cameras are used in Redmi Note 11 and 11S, respectively. The S model gets the Helio G96 chip, but the regular Redmi Note 11 packs the Snapdragon 680. G96 is built on the old 12nm process, but has relatively new Cortex-A76 cores (two of them). The Snapdragon chip is also made by the modern 6nm process.

Note 11 and 11S are powered by 5,000 mAh batteries, which have the same capacity as last year’s models. However, Xiaomi has managed to optimize the 33W fast charge, so now it only takes 58 minutes to fully charge the battery (the Note 10 did it in 74 minutes).
